Order fulfillment good, follow-up Customer Service poor.

The company fulfilled my purchase per the order. However, I ordered the wrong size. Per their return request instructions, I requested that my return be approved so that I could reorder the correct size. I heard nothing back so I resent my request. After hearing nothing back a second time, I purchased a new tungsten ring from a different vendor at a cheaper price.
